Returns Policy

Where you purchase any of the following products from the Website via Paypal we will refund the purchase price if you are not entiely satisfied with the product upon receipt of your written request within 30 days of the date of purchase:

To qualify for a refund you must send a written request by recorded delivery to Refunds, Emmetts Solicitors, 54 Berry Lane, Longridge, Preston PR3 3JP so that the written request arrives at the offices within 30 days of your purchase. In the letter you must identify your name, email address and date of purchase. Please retain your proof of postage and delivery.

Refunds will be provided within 7 working days of receipt of the letter requesting a refund complying with the above conditions.
