Here is what will happen next:

On the next working day following submission of your email address, we will send you an instructions pack by email. The instructions pack will contain a client care letter,a retainer document, a questionnaire, information about making a claim, and a blank form of authority to enable us to contact your creditor.

The email will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed if you want us to review your credit agreement.

If you decide to proceed, you complete and return the forms to us together with payment of £295.00.

In the event you are able to provide us with your credit agreement we will review your agreement in detail and return a report to you within 7 days. We will also provide you with advice as to the best way to proceed with any claim that you may have, and tell you whether we would be prepared to deal with your claim for you under a No Win No Fee agreement.

If you would like us to obtain your credit agreement for you, we will contact your creditor and we will keep you informed of progress while we obtain your credit agreement and then provide a report.
